The approach to Tamarillas takes you away to one of the quieter corners of the golf resort. The apartment has its own allocated underground parking to keep your car in the cool. The apartment here is seen on the ground floor at the left of the front part behind the post boxes. The road only serves this complex so there is virtually no traffic. |

The back of the property has a spacious patio area looking out over one of the three communal pools. This faces roughly south and gets the best of the daytime sun with gentle shade in the evening. In the distance are the 11th and 12th greens with the elevated 13th tee also visible. With nothing but countryside in front of you the outlook is pure serenity. |
The living/dining room looks out over the patio (above) and one of the communal pools. The living room has a 2 seater and a 3 seater settee, is fitted with air conditioning and a TV. |

The main living area includes a dining table that will comfortably seat 4 adults. The table also extends to provide extra room if necessary. |
The apartment has two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bidet and bath with a shower over. The main bathroom has wash basin, toilet and shower. Both are extensively tiled covering all the wet areas. |
